
Ingredients:
500 grams cookies
1000 grams cream cheese, condensed milk, or melted chocolate
500 grams melted white chocolate (coatings chocolate)
Food Coloring (greentea)
Confectionery (sprinkles, or nonpareils)
How to make:
- Crush some cookies to fine crumb in food processor or in food grading plastic bag using a rolling pin.
Place in medium bowl. Reserve for later use - Add cream cheese, condensed milk, or melted chocolate, mixed until well.
- Roll the mixture about 1-inch in diameter or as you wish.
- Mix food coloring with melted white chocolate.
- Coat the balls with that (white chocolate and food coloring),
- Decorate with confectionery. Refrigerate until firm about 1 hour.
- Ready to served.
